TABLE HELP PATHS

Getting Help While You're at the Table

Live blackjack moves quickly, so we keep our help paths short. If a hand freezes, a bet doesn't register, or you need to clarify a side-bet result, here's where to go without leaving your session.

Team online

Live Chat Support

Reach our support team through the live chat button in your account dashboard. Describe the table name and hand number so we can pull the session log without delay.

Session History Check

Your account records every live blackjack hand result. Open the transaction or game history tab to verify a bet settlement or confirm a disputed outcome before contacting us.

Table Disconnect Recovery

If your connection drops mid-hand, the round resolves by the game engine's auto-stand rule. Reconnect and check your account balance — the result will already be settled and logged.

kh889 Inside Our Live Blackjack Table Lobby

Inside Our Live Blackjack Table Lobby

Our live blackjack lobby pulls from studios including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, giving you a range of table types — Classic Blackjack, Infinite Blackjack, and Speed Blackjack among them. Each table runs standard 21 rules: beat the dealer without going bust. Infinite Blackjack lets any number of you sit the same hand, so you're never locked out during peak hours. Speed

Blackjack moves faster because cards are dealt to whoever acts first, which suits players who know their basic strategy. RTP figures are shown on each table where the provider makes them available — check the table info panel before you sit.

HOW WE RUN TABLES

Fair Play and Studio Standards at kh889

Every live blackjack table we carry comes from studios that publish their own game certification and shuffle procedures. We don't host custom tables with hidden rules — what you see in the table info panel is the full rule set the game runs on, including side-bet edges where the provider discloses them.

Certified Studio Streams Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live hold independent game certificates. Their blackjack streams use physical card shoes that are shuffled on camera, not software-generated outcomes.
Published Rule Sets Every table displays its specific rules — number of decks, dealer stand or hit on soft 17, blackjack payout ratio — in the info panel so you know the edge before placing a chip.
Account-Level Hand History Each settled hand is stored against your account ID. If a result looks wrong, we can match your session timestamp to the studio's server log to confirm the outcome independently.
Real-Time Bet Confirmation Bet placement is confirmed on screen before the deal begins. You'll see your stake reflected in the table UI and in your account wallet simultaneously, with no silent deductions.

Live Blackjack Terms You Should Know

New to live blackjack or just brushing up? These are the terms that come up most at the table — plain definitions, no filler.

What does 'soft 17' mean in blackjack?

A soft 17 is a two-card total of 17 that includes an Ace counted as 11 — for example, Ace plus 6. Dealers who hit soft 17 take an extra card; those who stand do not. Check the table rules panel.

What is a blackjack side bet?

A side bet is an optional wager placed before the deal that pays on specific card combinations — like Perfect Pairs or 21+3 — independent of whether you win or lose the main hand.

What does 'double down' mean?

Doubling down means you double your original bet after seeing your first two cards, then receive exactly one more card. It is most useful when your total is 10 or 11 against a weak dealer card.

What is 'insurance' in live blackjack?

Insurance is a side wager offered when the dealer's face-up card is an Ace. It pays 2:1 if the dealer has blackjack, but it costs half your original bet and carries a higher house edge than the main game.

What does RTP mean at a live blackjack table?

RTP — Return to Player — is the theoretical percentage of all bets returned to players over a large number of hands. Figures are shown in the table info panel only where the studio publishes them.

What is 'Infinite Blackjack'?

Infinite Blackjack is a live table format by Evolution where unlimited players share one dealt hand. Everyone makes their own decisions independently, so no one is ever turned away from a full table.

Common Questions About Our Live Blackjack Tables

These are the questions we see most from people exploring our live blackjack lobby for the first time — or coming back after a break.

Our lobby includes Classic Blackjack, Speed Blackjack, and Infinite Blackjack from Evolution, alongside Pragmatic Play Live tables. The lineup may vary; open the live casino section to see which seats are currently live and available.

Yes. The live blackjack tables are fully playable on Android and iOS without a separate download. The table interface scales to your screen so you can read card values, tap to hit or stand, and see the live stream clearly in portrait or landscape.

Stake ranges differ by table type. Infinite Blackjack typically carries lower minimum bets, while VIP or dedicated tables run higher limits. Each table displays its min and max bet in the lobby before you join.

In Speed Blackjack, the dealer gives cards to whichever seat acts first — so fast decisions get priority. It shortens round time significantly compared to Classic Blackjack, where every seat acts in fixed order regardless of decision speed.

The game engine applies an auto-stand rule for disconnected hands — meaning your hand is played out at its current total without drawing. Reconnect and check your account history; the settled result will already be recorded there.

Availability depends on local law and the eligible regions where access is permitted. If your account is registered and your region is supported, the live blackjack section appears in your lobby under the live casino category.
